To use this videochat directory you must have
NetMeeting
installed, and you must be using Internet Explorer as your browser.
An ILS can be described as a videochat directory. Using these
directories and Microsoft's NetMeeting software it's easy to find
people to videochat with. Videofrog also allows users to search
and browse a database of thousands of NetMeeting users currently
using ILS servers!
