Q: How do I add my ILS server or CUSeeMe server to your scanners?
A: Please email us the name of the server, the address, and the category it belongs in.
Q: The NetMeeting "call to" links don't work for me. What can I do?
A: Please make sure you are using Internet Explorer as your browser.
If it still doesn't work try reinstalling NetMeeting or try Microsoft technical support.
Q: How come nobody answers my calls?
A: Maybe the person you are calling does not like your nickname
or maybe they are busy. Sometimes if you are behind a firewall NetMeeting
will not work properly. Visit Microsoft's
NetMeeting website for technical support.
Q: I joined your membership service but I can't log-in. What should I do?
A: Be sure you are typing in your name and password correctly.
If you are a new member please try to log-in again in an hour. If you
still can't log-in email us so we can help.
